Responsibilities

To SELL:

  • Identify and develop sales leads and opportunities with the primary objective of generating sales orders.
  • Create comprehensive sales plans and develop strategies to win.
  • Achieve sales targets (bookings) and promote gross margin growth by collaborating with Service Operations and support teams (P&A and Customer Service).
  • Proactively follow up on and develop the KPIs of growth initiatives in assigned industrial sectors.

To COMMUNICATE:

  • Maintain good relationships with clients, understanding their budgets, drivers, and market demands.
  • Expand the number of accounts (both old and new).
  • Enforce the "Voice of Customer" initiative.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to generate competitive proposals.

To GROW (as a Team and Individual):

  • Ensure smooth transitions of service contracts, projects, and ad-hoc tasks to the Service Operations team.
  • Develop sales tactics and enhance soft skills through the Sales Academy.
  • Improve product fluency and technical knowledge in the sales process.

Management:

  • Oversee and supervise the proposal generation team to develop competitive proposals.

Safety:

  • Apply safety procedures relevant to their activities.

Quality:

  • Apply quality procedures relevant to their activities.

Qualifications

Education (any one of the following degrees or diplomas):

  • Engineering
  • Chemical
  • Business

Additional Information:

  • Class 3 driving license

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role.
  • Existing knowledge of specific industrial sectors (Pharmaceutical, F&B, Microelectronics, O&G, CPI).
  • Proven track record of securing and delivering $4 million in booking revenue per year.
