  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

-Work for a leading Financial Services firm as their Global Head of Technology & Operations PMO and Performance Management, you'll be the a key cog of their Global Technology & Operations leadership team.

Responsibilities
You will get to:
-Drive operational excellence: Oversee performance metrics, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and manage the execution of key initiatives.
-Oversee PMO and project governance
-Lead a high-performing team: Mentor and develop a team of professionals dedicated to Technology & Operations Performance Management
-Shape the future of the business: Identify opportunities for Technology & Operations process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Collaborate with top executives: Partner with senior leadership to communicate performance results and provide actionable insights.
-Make a significant impact: Play a pivotal role in the success of the company by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.


Requirements
-12-20 years of experience in Technology & Operations performance management, leadership within the insurance sector or a comparable regulated industry.
-PMO leadership experience would be helpful.
-Knowledge of Technology & Operations performance optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
-Knowledge of operating in Chief of Staff/Business management space
