Colliers is recruiting for an experienced professional to join as Associate Director to lead Marketing & Communications for Singapore. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand equity, managing content campaigns and delivering lead-generating marketing. Working closely with business lines in Singapore, this role leads the national marketing strategy and collaborates with the Asia Pacific Marketing team to produce best-in-class marketing for our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead National Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement the national marketing strategy in collaboration with heads of individual business lines in Singapore and the Asia Pacific Marketing team.
  • Creative and Content Leadership: Oversee the national creative, content, and media programs across traditional and digital channels, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regional campaigns, promoting national business lines and research content.
  • Brand and Campaign Management: Manage internal and external brand campaigns, communications, and both online and offline content.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Priorities: Develop, execute, and measure strategies to drive pipeline, support business priorities, and build brand awareness with target segments.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders across the Singapore business and leverage regional resources to proactively develop content and service marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive Media Communication: Utilize a full range of media, including digital, print, and social, as well as in-house and industry events, to communicate our marketing efforts.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage performance data analytics to inform marketing strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget, and strategic plan for the marketing team. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on marketing performance metrics to senior management.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, both internal and external, to engage with employees, clients and key stakeholders.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the Colliers brand guidelines.

Core Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as a senior B2B marketing professional, within a leading communications agency or corporate role.
  • Passionate about B2B communications, ideally with experience in commercial real estate services.
  • A Marketing or Communications Degree or relevant qualifications.
  • Ability to manage a team and engage with a matrix of stakeholders across functions.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and deadlines, with the flexibility to adjust priorities as needed.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including online media and professional social media channels.
  • Skilled in Microsoft packages.
