What you will do
- Design, coordinate, and implement engaging employee activities and events from start to finish.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of interns, from recruitment and onboarding to their off-boarding process.
- Organise and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including university career fairs.
- Handle various ad-hoc HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.
Experience
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
- Understanding of HR policies and best practices is a plus.
