As a Human Resources Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in energising our HR operations! Dive into exciting projects like boosting employee engagement, overseeing the intern experience, and coordinating vibrant career fairs.

What you will do

  • Design, coordinate, and implement engaging employee activities and events from start to finish.
  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of interns, from recruitment and onboarding to their off-boarding process.
  • Organise and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including university career fairs.
  • Handle various ad-hoc HR projects and provide administrative support as needed.

What you bring

Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
  • Understanding of HR policies and best practices is a plus.
