Digital Asset - Chief Financial Officer - USD 200K-300K

Our client is a global digital asset company (licensed). We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and the ability to drive financial strategies that support the client's growth and sustainability. As the CFO, you will oversee all financial operations, provide strategic financial guidance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidate MUST coming from Digital Asset / Crypto Exchange background. Open for candidate base in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy to support business goals and objectives
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Ensure the company's financial health by monitoring cash flow, managing capital structure, and optimizing financial performance
• Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives and drive long-term growth
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, managing risk and implementing robust internal controls
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulators
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within digital asset industry
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CPA or CFA certification is preferred
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and digital asset management
• Extensive experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing finance team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
