Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and assist Account Managers / Partner Managers to create sales and meeting materials, translation of sales materials
- Coordinate logistics of external events and marketing initiatives including project management, client reach-out / follow ups, and support with AV
- Triage and manage troubleshooting for client in collaboration with internal teams
- Analyze and organize internal and external data to generate insights, recommendations for clients and for internal leadership
- Act as a Facebook marketing solutions expert and work with clients / agencies to cover extended leave of Account Managers / Partner Managers
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk, as well as adapting to change
- Ability to collaboratively work with internal teams
- Strong admin / operational skills, ability to work with Microsoft office (especially excel, powerpoint) / Google Suite (spreadsheet/ slide) applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management is a plus
- Experience in Facebook Solutions to support Account Managers/Partner Managers in external-facing engagements is a plus
