Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project management support to the team as needed.
  • Assist the Project team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, taking minutes, coordinating clearances, tracking job tasks, and preparing reports and documentation.
  • Review and ensure the completion and proper filing of project documents on organizational platforms for knowledge sharing and compliance with electronic registry requirements for audits.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved processes within the Division, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Assist in creating project databases for the Division and compiling documents and drawings to develop standardized reference templates.
  • Provide administrative support in additional areas such as work planning, finance, meetings, management reports, and staff events.

Requirements

  • Possesses minimum a Diploma with at least 3 years of experience in Admin.
  • Experience working on construction projects or construction related firms will be advantageous.
  • Good team player and able to work independently when required.
