  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We have been engaged by our client, a global leader in the Retail/F&B industry, to assist in the search for a Head of Marketing Singapore.

Job Responsibility

  • Branding Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to establish and enhance Organisation Singapore brand identity and market positioning within the country.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to maximize online presence and engagement.
  • Customer Services Leadership: Oversee customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, including managing customer service teams and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and customer service budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, marketing, and customer service activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field would be preferred
  • Extensive experience in brand management, marketing, and customer service leadership
  • Strong strategic planning and market analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and customer service management software.
