You will be responsible for all external and internal communications and social media marketing to enhance public awareness of our services. You will also support stakeholders to deliver corporate initiatives.

Key Duties

  1. Communications & Branding
  • Manage internal and external communications.
  • Develop plans to promote and manage the brand.
  • Enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the preparation of all communications content and materials such as annual report, corporate publications, corporate videos, promotional materials and media materials.
  • Lead the press events, handle media enquiries and handle public perceptions.

2.Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage KDF website content and social media accounts.
  • Review and develop website layout, content and improve outreach.
  • Guide the team in content generation (i.e. event write up, patient interviews, EDM and feature stories).

3. Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams in outreach initiatives and direct marketing efforts to raise awareness of KDF services in the community.

4. Others

  • Develop annual workplan and budget
  • Supervise and perform staff appraisal and training needs
  • Supervise the management of data, operational processes and information management to align to PDPA

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field in leadership role.
  • Minimum 4-5 years in relevant working experience in social media marketing, branding and communications.
  • Excellent copy writing/editing skills, meticulous and self-initiated team player who worked independently with good project management skills.
  • Creative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
