  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

About the Role: As the VP, Strategy and M&A, you will be the driving force behind the corporate growth initiatives of our client. You will analyze market trends, lead the development of their organic and M&A strategies, and manage the entire M&A process — from target identification to deal closure and integration. Your leadership will ensure seamless transitions and successful integrations that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate-wide growth strategies.
  • Lead the entire M&A process, from target identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with different Business Unit heads to align organic growth strategies.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and financial evaluations.
  • Create and execute integration plans that ensure smooth transitions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to support strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: University degree in Engineering or Finance, with an MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of solid M&A or strategic investment experience
  • Industry: Appliances, Electrical & Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor Manufacturing & Manufacturing sector, strongly preferred
  • Skills: Strong financial analysis, market research, and strategic planning abilities. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are a must.
  • Communication: English & Mandarin, bilingual language capabilities are required for the role.
