Your day at NTT DATA

As the Senior Manager, TR Programs & Programs, you will be responsible for driving our main TR programs and policies globally at NTT GDC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide strategic direction and new approaches for how we currently manage salary reviews, bonuses, recognition, and sales compensation while being a sounding board and collaborator for other core TR activities such as benchmarking and systems.

You will work closely with the entire TR team as well as HR and Business Leadership. The expertise you have acquired in prior roles and companies should provide the backbone to how you drive simple and smart TR programs which resonate with all your audiences across NTT GDC.

What You'll Be Doing

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • To plan, manage and administer various HR programs.
  • To plan & manage the TR projects, setting budgets, define timelines for completion and manages the deliverables of the TR projects.
  • To plan & arrange training programs to enable the HR Teams on subject relates to Total Rewards.
  • To research, analyze data, and prepare quarterly reports on HR trends, new HR project suggestions, and current program goals and progress.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to globalize, standardize and identify how to transfer work activities to HR Shared Services.
  • Own all global policies related to Pay (e.g., Retention, Recognition, sign on bonuses, etc.)
  • Annual salary review and Bonus process facilitation within regions. Drives consistency and transparency while defining reporting requirements, with a focus on automation.
  • Sign-off, approvals and governance. Support Regions in managing local and corporate approvals for Pay review and Bonus programs.
  • Systemization. Provides SME process expertise to HR Systems and Operations representative to support the creation, development and deployment of salary planning tools to deliver salary reviews globally.
  • Manage key stakeholders including HR Leadership Team, Region heads, Function Heads, TR and Finance colleagues, and HRBPs.
  • Full and active member of the Global TR community, driving and participating in global reward initiatives & projects as required.

Key Performance Objectives

  • Single global, annual end-to-end Salary Review and Bonus processes defined, from market benchmarking through to planning and full execution.
  • All local and region TR processes managed successfully and within agreed timelines.
  • Partner with other members of HR community as required to ensure successful deployment of related TR programs.
  • Standardize policies and procedures in relates to Total Rewards
  • Manage specific projects as required to agree deadlines and outcomes.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Working background – ideally minimum of 10+ years in international compensation and benefits environment with a proven track record
  • Working experience of leveraging, and project managing across, a virtual team of TR or HR specialists across multiple geographies.
  • Strong network of TR specialists and leaders in the external marketplace.
  • Practical TR implementation and operational knowledge & understanding, as well as strategy development.

Knowledge, Skills And Attributes

  • Broad knowledge of remuneration and global / local market trends.
  • Expert in the understanding of pay and recognition related application, implementation and communication issues.
  • Strong Collaborative mentality and positive attitude to impart knowledge across broader HR Team.
  • Proven Project and Program Management skills.
  • Consultative approach and used to dealing with senior management and executives.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pragmatic with a hands-on approach.
  • Evidenced experience on leveraging technology.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team with a strong initiative to manage high volume workflow.
