As a Senior Marketing and Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting both marketing campaigns and customer service operations.

You will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities:

Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating leads, following up on inquiries, and providing product information to potential customers.

Marketing Support: Update marketing collaterals, assist in website management, coordinate events, and prepare reports for data analysis and marketing planning.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries on all channels ensuring prompt and accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.

Daily Operations Management: Manage daily operations at the counter, providing excellent customer service and membership support.

Independent Problem-Solving: Work independently to take ownership of issues, handling queries from both internal and external customers

Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and sales databases, ensuring all interactions and transactions are recorded

Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
