  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of the CEO's and organization's mission to transform the experience of internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in assisting stakeholders to adopt new systems and further enhance their experience. You will also be instrumental in driving transformative change initiatives and ensuring effective communication with an audience of over 20,000.

Responsibilities

In this strategic role, you will be part of a team and be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to support key employee-related initiatives and other relevant projects. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling content, building strong partnerships, managing website content, and staying informed of industry trends. At occasions, you will work collaboratively with project managers to ensure that communication plans are seamlessly integrated into the overall project timeline.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need over 8 years' experience in strategic communication, project communication, or change management in a sizable organization. Strong copywriting skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to build collaborative relationships are essential. You should be meticulous and have a keen ability to anticipate and plan ahead. Individuals with prior experience effectively managing communication efforts for complex projects would be a bonus.
