Job Responsibilities

  • Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of Singapore immigration applications, including Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), and work pass applications (EP, TechPass, PEP, ONEPass, DP).
  • Manage the full spectrum of the case process, from initiation to advising on application outcomes, issuance of passes.
  • Regularly interact with accounts/candidates through various communication channels, including telephone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings on providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries.
  • Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients.
  • Undertake other HR & Admin functions and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned.
  • Understand how daily tasks contribute to the team's and business's priorities.
  • Show strong commitment to personal learning and development.
  • Work effectively across departments and within a highly inclusive team culture.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good command in English, verbally and written.
  • Meticulous, articulate and ability to work independently.
  • Good attitude with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
