Job Purpose:
To drive the Learning and Development function and support Organisational Development efforts, also responsible for employee induction, internship programs and employees engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Training and Development
- Assist in the formulation of T&D strategies
- Responsible for end-to-end training matters
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Formulate and fulfilling Total Learning Plans
- Oversee registrations, fundings and post-course evaluations
- Ensure training administration, logistics, schedule, venue are adequately prepared
- Track and report key training metrics and feedback
2.Internships/Scholarships
- Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning to coordinate internships/scholarships with various departments
3.Employee Engagement
- Ensure onboarding of new employee is effective and efficient through induction and engagement programs
- Plan and execute of employee engagement program, company events and other ad-hoc matters
- Initiate and organise communication sessions, engagement surveys, teambuilding events and other relevant events
4.Other HR Related Projects
- Assist in the organisation wide initiatives/projects such as talent management, succession planning & HR related projects.
Job Requirements:
- Degree with 4 – 5 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, good analytical skill and organisation skill
- Able to work and communicate with employees from all levels, in various commonly used languages in Singapore will be advantageous
