This is a Chief Transformation Officer role for a leading private-equity owned consumer business. They adopt a buy-and-build strategy, and as such seeking an experienced professional to join their team in this newly created headcount.

This executive will collaborate with the leadership team and stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities for performance improvement via revenue acceleration, operational efficiency, digital and business transformation, and owning the entire value creation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Top Line Growth – collaborate with commercial teams to identify revenue growth opportunities related to pricing strategies, cross-selling, and cross-pollination opportunities
  • Operational Excellence - Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and optimize resource allocation
  • Digital Transformation - Champion the integration of technology and digital solutions across the organization to improve processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Collaborate with executive leadership, private equity partners, functional / market stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives
  • Performance Metrics - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Relevant Bachelor / Masters Degree
  • A minimum of 15 years management consulting and industry experience, proven track record in transformation / strategy / value creation within a consumer-focused business
  • Background in private equity-backed companies or similar high-growth environments is advantageous
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Operational expertise and leadership skills to navigate the complexities of a private-equity owned business
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation projects.
