About The Role
- Report directly to the COO and work closely with the CEO, providing updates on operational performance and assisting with duties as assigned.
- Take full responsibility for the operational management of the brand, ensuring all products and services meet the company’s standards of excellence.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all outlets islandwide.
- Manage the company’s P&L by implementing strategies, monitoring performance, and setting financial triggers to achieve and surpass financial targets.
- Ensure that all operational decisions contribute to the company’s financial growth.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility, market share, and positioning.
- Develop and execute strategies that sustain and expand the brand’s presence in the competitive F&B market.
- Establish and maintain a robust distribution system to ensure consistent and reliable delivery of products across all outlets.
- Regularly oversee the development and introduction of new products and services, ensuring they align with market trends and consumer demands.
- Work closely with the product development team to bring innovative offerings to the market.
- Efficiently manage business resources, including manpower, to maximize growth and profitability. Exercise financial control to ensure optimal use of company resources.
- Prepare and execute both short-term and long-term business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Set ambitious but achievable goals that align with the company’s vision and stretch financial targets.
- Identify and propose areas for operational improvement, focusing on customer service excellence and effective manpower management.
- Implement changes that drive better performance across the organization.
- Lead and manage a team of operational management staff, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Degree in Business Management or related.
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior management role within the F&B industry.
- Extensive knowledge of F&B operations, with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of managing and growing a chain of food outlets.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on achieving results and driving business growth.
- Comfortable speaking with mandarin speaking clients and colleagues.
