  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

The Company

The organisation is a fast-growing regional developer of modern and sustainable logistics warehouses. Its continued expansion in current markets will be complemented by additional new market entry in 2025 and as such, there is a need to bolster its team. This includes the proposed appointment of a Regional Head of Development/Project Delivery.

The Position

Reporting to the CEO whilst leading a development and project delivery team, the appointed individual will enjoy regional co-ordination responsibility for multiple concurrent greenfield development projects. The role will provide guidance to in-country project development personnel whilst building robust capability and practices. This will include establishing processes and systems for consistent project delivery as well as project delivery. Naturally, the position will review and monitor technical and commercial parameters (planning, design, construction, safety) including budget and portfolio-wide milestone management.

The Person

Interested candidates will possess an appropriate Degree (Civil / Architecture) whilst offering at least 15+ years’ experience gained managing regional development projects. The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and capacity to work autonomously as a senior member of the management team whilst upholding a very strong collaborative and team ethos complemented by appropriate interpersonal skills. Experience gained within Logistics/Industrial real estate development is essential.
