Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing & Change Management Intern at ESR Group, you will play a vital role in communicating our IT and digital capabilities through engaging digital content. Your creative skills and understanding of change management will be essential in developing effective videos that help our organization visualize and adopt new technological solutions. This is a full-time role reporting to Group IT.

Responsibilities

Video Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling digital videos that showcase our automated solutions and their benefits.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into visually appealing content.
  • Create videos that are informative, engaging, and tailored to our internal audience.

Change Management Support:

  • Assist in developing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new technologies.
  • Create communication materials, such as videos, to help employees understand the benefits and impact of changes.

Digital Marketing:

  • Utilize digital marketing channels to promote our IT capabilities and the benefits of our automated solutions.
  • Track and analyze the performance of our digital content to measure effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
  • Creative eye for detail and ability to develop visually appealing content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing concepts and tools (e.g., social media, email marketing) is a plus.

Internship Duration and Application

  • The full-time internship will commence in January 2025 and we are seeking candidates who are available to commit to an internship of 3 to 5 months.
