- Aid manager in marketing strategies and execution
- Aid manager in preparing for meetings, draft slides and meeting notes/documents
- Responding and manage emails on behalf of manager
- General secretarial duties
- General office & administrative duties
- Manage & assist client’s enquires
- Manage ongoing task & schedule to completion
- Ad hoc duties & support
- Proficient in Mandarin language
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of integrity
- Positive work attitude & proactive with high initiative
- Highly meticulous & independent
