Motul Asia Pacific invites a creative and resourceful Employer Branding Intern to join our team in crafting and producing compelling video content that brings our employer brand and people stories to life. From Day 1, you'll leverage your skills in content creation, video production, and post-editing to drive engagement and impressions. You'll gain valuable experience in stakeholder management while developing your creative skillset in our highly dynamic and independent work culture.

Area of Responsibility

  • Drive Employer Branding Initiatives: Develop Employer Branding video outlines by aligning with Motul’s Employer Brand Proposition and overarching HR strategy.
  • Conceptualisation: Participate in brainstorming and pre-planning sessions for video production to ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling.
  • Content Ideation and Scripting: Create innovative ideas and scripts for Employer Branding content, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and company culture.
  • Filming: Operate production equipment to film subjects and individuals, capturing key story angles and effectively conveying intended messages.
  • Post-Production and Feedback: Perform post-production editing, collaborating with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and finalize high-quality content.

Key Requirements

  • Strong Proficiency with video editing tools and software
  • Demonstrated expertise in using various video editing platforms and software. Portfolio of different video format (E.g: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc). Please attach your portfolio along with your resume.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Visual Communications, Media, Journalism, or related fields
  • Growth-Mindset Driven: Ability to view challenges as opportunities and demonstrate resourcefulness and resilience in finding solutions to overcome obstacles
  • Highly Adaptable with High Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates flexibility and strong interpersonal skills in various situations
  • Stay updated on content creation and social media trends, displaying enthusiasm and providing valuable insights to drive adoption of ideas
  • Good command of English in both reading and written
