WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and ensuring a smooth process from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and labour market conditions to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts to promote finexis as an employer of choice.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to monitor hiring success and identify areas for improvement.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within industry or financial services sector
  • Have prior experience in the Financial Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
