Key Information:
Location: Sengkang
Working Hours: Rotating Day Shift (7am to 230pm / 230pm to 10pm), 6W2O, Rostered
Salary: Gross up to $2580 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer service including registration, providing directions, handling enquiries, crowd control, managing gantry access
Ensure smooth daily operations and manage resources including manpower, equipment, supplies
Manage staff, conduct training, ensure staff work performance and discipline is up to standards
Handle escalated ground issues/feedback/complaints and perform service recovery, recording all incidents accordingly
Submit monthly reports, update the system and maintain proper records
Any other duties pertaining to operations
Job Requirements:
Prior customer service experience
Prior experience leading/managing a team
MUST be comfortable with rotating shifts
MUST be able to commit weekends and public holidays
Able to work in a hospital environment
Basic PC Skills
