Due to expansion, on behalf of our client - we are hiring 2 to 3 Key Account personnel to be part of their team. Specialising in E-Commerce.
My client is a leader in Babycare Products.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for E-Commerce Channel business strategies and direction
- Lead Key Accounts to achieve business strategies
- Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies for appointed accounts
- Effective implementation and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Budget Management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
- Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
- Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
- Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
- Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategies
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
- Possess strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
