Due to expansion, on behalf of our client - we are hiring 2 to 3 Key Account personnel to be part of their team. Specialising in E-Commerce.

My client is a leader in Babycare Products.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for E-Commerce Channel business strategies and direction
  • Lead Key Accounts to achieve business strategies
  • Develop Key Account Plan & Strategies for appointed accounts
  • Effective implementation and execute plans to achieve business objectives and KPIs
  • Budget Management/Maximize ROI via strategic planning
  • Responsible for making the annual sales & profit target and A&P expenses
  • Able to understand market/consumer demands and adapting accordingly
  • Build strong rapport with client to be top of mind for any initiatives
  • Lead customer negotiations on commercial strategies

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with experience in e-commerce channel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
