  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About The Job

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to:

  • Oversee the preparation and dissemination of accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 17, other regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Optimize financial processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee investment operations and investment reporting, ensuring alignment with company strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor financial plans.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial matters, particularly from a regulatory standpoint.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, including IFRS 17, and ensure company compliance.
  • Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve processes, systems, and overall financial performance.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the finance function.

Skills And Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Head of Finance/Financial Controller or similar role within the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and investment reporting, finance operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with IFRS 17 implementation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems.
