Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the HR strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives of the organization.
• Provide strategic HR advice and counsel to senior leaders and business unit heads.
• Partner with business leaders to drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures and ensure legal compliance with local employment laws.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues, partnering with legal counsel as needed.
• Drive and implement employee engagement initiatives to support a positive and productive work culture.
• Provide thought leadership on HR trends and best practices to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working in a large multinational organization, with a strong understanding of the HR function.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to identify potential improvement in overall HR processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
