Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assist with a multitude of reward initiatives, including pay review benchmarking, long term incentives management, remuneration and incentive reward schemes, developing incentive plan designs.
- Conduct benchmarking studies and research industry best practices to support the development and enhancement of compensation and benefits strategies.
- Assist in the development of compensation planning worksheets, and excel-based simulations to support incentive plan designs.
- Research and keeping abreast of Total Rewards (including Mobility) market trends and best practices.
- Assist in incentives reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
- Assist in audit requirements relating to compensation processes and records.
- Provide support on rewards communication.
- Developing presentation slides that explain, or critique, the rationale behind design proposals.
- Support in the development and implementation of any rewards projects, structure and processes that may be put into place.
- Support administration including but not limited to scheduling of meetings, invoicing arrangements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience in compensation.
- Accounting/Finance degree will be an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in excel. Programming/computing knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong attention to details and high degree of accuracy for both numerical and written work are critical success factors.
