  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your new company

The US MNC is looking for a Group Legal Counsel to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

As a Legal professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business by reviewing, negotiating, and advising on revenue and cost contracts. You will provide legal guidance on contractual, commercial, and strategic matters, ensuring the company's interests are protected. Additionally, you will assist in updating and maintaining contract models, templates, and compliance policies, and conduct training sessions on legal and compliance topics. Your expertise will also be utilized to ensure regulatory compliance in Singapore and overseas, in collaboration with local business units. Furthermore, you will manage external counsels, oversee intellectual property management, and support corporate secretary matters, making you a versatile and integral part of the team.


What you'll need to succeed

You will require a law degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of legal experience and have the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment. You are a strong team player who is also able to work independently, flexibly and globally.
