Position: Sales Engineer

Job Type: Full-time, 5-day work week

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and supporting technical inquiries while fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sales inquiries, prepare sales reports, and conduct projection analysis.
• Conduct customer visits, product sales, and technical presentations, addressing customer queries regarding product quality and technical issues.
• Develop sales strategies and action plans by analyzing market trends and understanding customer requirements.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and principals, handling sales-related tasks such as preparing drawings, sourcing, quotations, and purchase orders.
• Ensure orders align with quotations and coordinate prompt deliveries to customers.
• Provide market updates and trends during monthly sales meetings with management.
• Collaborate with the QC department to resolve quality issues and supply necessary documentation to customers.
• Assist in the preparation and participation in trade shows within the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
• Plan and manage the sales service schedule and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Maintain high-quality and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and provide sales support to existing clients.
• Travel internationally as required to support sales efforts.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web design, and 2D drawing software.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on, "can-do" attitude.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to meet goals.
