  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Duties:

  • Building a personal relationship with key client staff;
  • Successful Service Delivery;
  • SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities - get things done, make things happen;
  • Building service reports;
  • Technical documents update and arrangement.
  • Internal technical training to team and self-study for new technical and product
  • Service reporting and sponsoring service delivery meetings;
  • Removing all obstacles to customer satisfaction
  • Looking out for client’s and MTS long term interests;
  • Following up if service delivery is not meeting expectations;

Requirements:

1. Familiar with Avaya product line, 3-5 years of experience of Avaya product,

2. Experienced in handling integration projects independently, including but not limited to AVAYA CM+ AES + AACC+ AAEP + CMS platform, If you have sbce, equinox Implementation experience, it will be also fine

3. Solid skills in troubleshooting, familiar with H.323,SIP protocol,

4. Being able to work under pressure,

5. Avaya certificate is plus, such as ACIS or the higher ones..

6. Should have done Avaya implementation and configuration of AAEP, AACC, POD etc.

7. Avaya media-gateway configuration

8. Avaya media-gateway firmware upgrade

9. Installing and administration of SMGR/SM

10. Installing and configuring AAMS

11. Installing and configuration AES

Contract: 3 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,168.68 - $7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
