Scope of the role

The role sits within one of OMD’s performance team focusing on 1 key account. The team has a market-leading position in implementational / executional management. As a performance planner, you will operate the most dynamic component of media execution in the team.

Reporting Structure

You report to the Associate Performance Manager/Performance Director

The role requires you to

  • Plan, setup and manage all digital advertising channels primarily Google AdWords/ DV360/ TikTok/ Meta
  • Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives with efficiencies and scale
  • Ensure budgets are tracked and spent efficiently
  • Perform data analysis and provide thought leadership based on consumer insights where relevant
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and dealing with technology platforms, ability to articulate and put together sound recommendations
  • In-depth analysis and reporting
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • High competency with figures and calculations - including pivot tables, charts and formulae
  • Strives for excellence by setting and following high standards
  • Own budget planning & tracking (media finance) for the campaigns under your belt
  • Experience in programmatic campaign planning/setup is a plus but not integral

Required Skills or Attributes

  • 1 year of activation and optimization experience is a minimum on Google Search Ads/ Meta/ DV360
  • Attention to detail is a must; accuracy in work is the top KPI
  • Able to articulate and communicate clearly and persuasively
  • Able to multitask and manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Goes through tasks and documents in an organized and efficient manner
  • Adaptable to changes, challenges and directions
  • High energy and an approachable manner
