  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

This is a new position to support to continued growth of a global aircraft lessor in their Singapore location. The role will support technical team in managing a leased aircraft and engine portfolio in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities

  • Support the technical management of commercial aircraft and engines both on and off lease.
  • Manage aircraft/engine lease return inspections/audits, storage, and transition maintenance.
  • Manage technical deliveries to lessee or buyer.
  • Oversee compliance with technical lease conditions.
  • Support reporting requirements through internal and external collaboration
  • Manage pre-buy diligence and support maintenance and technical cashflow forecasting
  • Assess and approve work scopes for claim events.
  • Evaluate maintenance reserveclaims to ensure compliance with lease requirements.
  • Support the negotiation of aircraft and engine lease agreements, purchase or sale agreements and LOIs.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team during remarketing campaigns.

Required experience

  • Degree qualified with EASA Part 66, or FAA A&P licence.
  • Experience working with a wide variety of commercial aircraft types.
  • At least 4 years’ experience working in a technical role at an aircraft leasing company.
  • Ability to review and negotiate the technical specifications of aircraft and engine lease and purchase agreements.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts with MROs.
  • Experience auditing technical records including engine LLP back to birth traceability.
  • The ability to multi-task, and manage several concurrent projects
  • Internationally oriented and capable of building rapport between global organisations, people, and cultures.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Team player and flexible; willing to perform tasks necessary to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to travel
