Your Mission

  • Lead Strategic Marketing team and develop and drive regional growth strategies for the group
  • Work with country leaders and country teams to drive business growth in both direct and indirect markets
  • Lead sales and BD efforts for strategic growth segment in the region
  • Lead and establish regional b2b partnerships and drive collaborations and b2b business for the region
  • Identify niche market segments, creating market awareness, and new product positioning and launch as well as market development.
  • Lead and support all KARL STORZ subsidiaries and distributors to achieve the mutual business goals in terms of growth and profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing programs to accelerate growth.
  • Develop close working relationship with existing and potential customers and identify key opinion leaders to be a spokesman for KARL STORZ and to champion KARL STORZ products.
  • Train the team and promote market with various products to the various specialists.
  • Liaise with KARL STORZ Tuttlingen on various matters – marketing information, courses, customer factory visits etc.


Your Talents

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent. MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years of people management
  • Regional P&L, BU Leading experience, covering relatively regions and market for SEA and Taiwan is a plus.
  • Strong experience in developing new markets through effective strategies to grow the business in regional level.
  • Strong understanding of the SEAT region/markets. Ability to speak at least one other language from the region is a plus.
  • Strong ability to impart product, sales/marketing knowledge, business knowledge, to sales staff and support staff through regular training, motivating, counselling, mentoring, etc.
  • Distributor management experience
  • People management experience, ideally manager of managers/leaders
  • Experience in driving/leading partnerships, BD&L efforts is a plus.
  • Ability to travel about 50%
