Eyeviser provides 360 degree eyecare with eye care talks, eye health examinations, , eyewear and treatment for eye conditions through mobile eye screenings at workplaces, homes as well as a network of optical stores and eye clinics in Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines.

You will be involved in the following:

1) Business development and strategic partnerships

Build a pipeline of new corporate clients and strategic partners, and manage relationships with existing clients. Includes developing pitches, negotiating and closing deals.

2) Marketing

Creating and designing eye health content, promotions

Managing and implementing digital marketing activities across multiple channels

3) Operations & Administration

Leading full setup, tear down, manpower and logistics for all mobile eye screening events at workplaces and in the community.

Manage back end operations and relationships and transactions with end customers and appointment bookings for in-house customers and network of stores and eye clinics.

4) Optometry (Good to have)

Perform comprehensive eye exams and eyewear dispensing in clinic, workplaces as well as home visits.

Working days and hours:

5-day week, flexible hours, hybrid. Mostly office hours (evenings, weekends by appointment). Must be prepared to travel all over Singapore. Driving licence / access to vehicle not a must but an advantage.

Skills / competencies

-Diploma / Degree in Business / Marketing / any other discipline.

-Ideally be proficient in written and spoken English.

- Able to manage tight deadlines and work independently.

- Tolerance for ambiguity and resourcefulness in problem-solving

- Have a can-do spirit

- Comfortable creating content and managing the following platforms: FB, IG, Wordpress and Canva.

- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and Google Drive.

-Good to have: Fully-registered optometrist with OOB at least 3 years working experience. Clinic experience and comfortable with dilation and kids preferred.
