You will be working on Social Media Marketing and Content Production as an Intern under Digital Experience (DE).

[What you will be working on]

  • Research on social media and content creation trends, identify audience interest, develop case studies and present proposals that contribute to engagement and growth of social media channels.
  • Propose and develop original/curated historial, cultural, literary and lifestyle content for ALG's social media plaforms.
  • Conceptualise, plan and execute short video content that will engage audiences on TikTok.
  • Undertake simple graphic design, generate production concepts for marketing and social media visuals and videos.
  • Produce engaging social media content by developing media and copywriting in line with approved campaigns, current content pillars, and NLB institutional guidelines.
  • Assist in video & editorial production including conducting interviews, camera operations, simple editing and post-production work.
  • Work with creative design team to build graphics to complement and enhance editorial and video content.


[What we are looking for]

  • Students from Mass Communication, Communication Management Marketing, Advertising, Business Management or New-Media, Journalism, English Literature, Digital Media Production or Digital Content Creation/Production related courses preferred.
  • Demonstrate organised approach in day-to-day work, i.e., planning, production and timely execution of work.
  • Receptive to feedback further refine work processes.
  • Learning and adapting to workflows set in place within the team to ensure efficient execution of deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in English
  • Strong copywriting, presentation, creative content writing, and communication skills
  • Digitally savvy with strong creative streak
  • Experience in content creation and design/video editing (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite) advantageous
  • Familiarity with literary/arts/history advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient and meticulous with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive and responsive to contributing ideas to the team
  • Ability to work within assigned deadlines
