Responsibilities:

  • To strategize sales activities within assigned territories, identifying potential clients through research, networking, and diverse prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • To provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship by formulating performance goals and objectives to ensure team members meet the company’s performance standards.
  • To cultivate robust relationships with new and existing clients by discerning their needs, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring they are kept informed of updates and promotions.
  • To diligently pursue and surpass individual and team sales targets by finalizing deals, generating revenue, and optimizing gross profits for the company.
  • To eloquently present and showcase the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements: Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfilment of client’s orders.
  • Active customer visits (for territory assigned) to expand product portfolio offering for growth and expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Medical Technology/Biomedical Science, Life Sciences
  • Min. 2-3 years of direct sales or related experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Industrial experience and application/industry know-how in the following industry will be an advantage:
