Introduction to Role:

  • As a Sales Country Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing P&L, analyzing market trends, and developing and executing sales strategies. You will also analyze sales data to evaluate customer satisfaction, identify new market opportunities, and maximize sales performance.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in both countries.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and growth strategies.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions tailored to each market.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in both countries.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business opportunities.

Use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness.

Operational Management:

  • Manage all sales operations independently, including order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales service.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in both countries.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Representation and Networking:

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Build a strong network of industry contacts and leverage these relationships to drive business growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and issues in both countries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Refrigeration segment is must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing in the commercial refrigeration industry
