About the Company: Our client is a rapidly expanding leader in the data centre industry, known for its innovative solutions and cutting-edge infrastructure. As part of their growth, they are seeking a seasoned Finance Operations Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the financial operations team, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and internal financial controls.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of transactions, maintenance of financial records, and adherence to internal controls and policies.
  • Lead the month-end and year-end closing activities for the operations team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Controllership team to ensure seamless integration of financial operations with statutory reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement best practices in financial operations, driving process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risks within the operations function.
  • Provide financial insights and support to senior management, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focused on financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of financial operations, including AP, AR, GL, and internal controls.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, ideally within the data centre or technology sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
