Job Responsibilities:

Platform Content Management:

• Ensure content completeness and performance optimization for product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Foodpanda, and our webstore.

• Optimise the webstore for SEO, ensuring that product listings and content are search engine-friendly to drive organic traffic and improve visibility.

• Update listings for accuracy and relevancy when product information changes.

Customer Support:

• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

• Efficiently process return and refund requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market Trends & Strategy:

• Stay informed about the latest selling policies on marketplaces and suggest necessary adjustments or new strategies.

• Observe and stay updated on market trends and recent developments.

Inventory Management:

• Manage and maintain system stock accuracy, ensuring alignment with physical stock.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall business operations.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce platform management and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of content management. SEO optimization knowledge and experience is an added advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and content management systems (e.g., WooCommerce, Shopify).

• Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
