  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

I am helping a listed IT outsourcing company to source for talents to help them set up their regional office in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

  • In charge to expand the business in Singapore, involve in set up the Singapore subsidiary
  • Responsible for the management of the new business segment of the Singapore subsidiary (including customer development, delivery management, talent supply chain)
  • Following up the strategic layout, formulate the operation of the Singapore business strategic planning, business development indicators, implementation plans, to ensure that the Singapore business objectives;
  • Responsible for the planning, establishment and management of Singapore branch;
  • Responsible for Singapore business operation system construction and team building, including system construction, process sorting, performance appraisal, etc;
  • Promote Singapore business development and operation work;

Job Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience management experience in Singapore enterprises, of which more than 5 years of IT outsourcing business experience, on site field sales and business management experience, familiar with the IT outsourcing industry;
  • Familiar with the Singapore service outsourcing market, understanding of the Singapore dispatch market or experience;
  • With excellent business development ability, the ability to lock the industry to continue to follow up, and the ability to adhere to and reach the establishment of business relationships;
  • Have good business layout ability, have 0-1 branch organisational structure experience;
  • Need to be proficient in English
