REPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and competitive positioning in key markets
  • Lead and oversee marketing initiatives across online and offline channels to drive sales, customer retention, and business growth
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing strategies with business objectives, supporting overall revenue targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market expansion
  • Report on marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to senior management and stakeholders
  • Mentor and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Direct the implementation of 360-marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and product launches
  • Customize marketing approaches for different channels and markets using data-driven insights to maximize impact and relevance
  • Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns and key events across all channels to ensure strategic timing and effectiveness
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse customer segments
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and tracking performance to optimize ROI

Brand Management & Copywriting

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand strategy that defines brand positioning and value proposition, fostering brand loyalty
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all channels in line with established brand guidelines
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to keep the brand relevant and differentiated
  • Oversee copywriting efforts, ensuring all written content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling copy for marketing materials, including advertising, social media, website content, and product descriptions

Public Relations (PR)

  • Execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand image and manage the company’s reputation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and placements
  • Serve as the company’s spokesperson, ensuring consistent and positive messaging
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to support product launches, events, and corporate announcements
  • Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to senior management on PR initiatives
  • Organize and oversee press events and product launches to generate buzz and media attention

Social & Community

  • Set clear objectives for the Social & Community team to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty
  • Develop strategies to build and nurture online communities, fostering customer engagement and generating user-generated content
  • Optimize the customer journey, tailoring personalized experiences for different customer segments to boost engagement and conversion rates
  • Guide the Social Media team in executing social media strategies aligned with business goals, such as lead generation and product promotion
  • Implement and maintain a crisis management plan to address negative situations or controversies on social media
  • Establish and enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive and respectful online environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in the fashion and/or retail industry is preferred
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through online and offline marketing strategies
  • Strong proficiency in marketing strategies and media relations to enhance brand image and manage reputation
  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation to maximize marketing ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team across various functions
