About the job

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer Manager to lead renewable site projects which including multi sites and Buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all aspects of construction to completion and operation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Lead project planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Foster relationships with clients, vendors, and community organizations.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role multisite project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • English speaking required; French is a plus
  • Willing to work and involve in Project Management/ Site Manager and Construction Supervision in remote area.
