Position Overview

We are looking for someone energetic, curious, and interested in learning about the foundations of the full suite of effective communications as well as applying them in our fast-paced world of real estate fund management. We are looking for a candidate who will be able to commit between January 2025 and June 2025. To succeed, this individual must be meticulous, creative, solutions-focused, customer-centric, eager to contribute, and have excellent news sense and writing ability. This role will be based in Singapore. The intern will support the Group Corporate Affairs department in implementing company-wide communications activities and business-related communications activities for ESR Group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in planning and managing the Group’s communications strategy and plans
  • Conduct research and curate fresh ideas for projects and/or events
  • Prepare daily news coverage updates to all stakeholders
  • Track, monitor and analyse online performance of the Group’s digital and social channels
  • Create content for print and digital media
  • Draft a whole range of communication materials, including but not limited to press release, media responses, factsheets, presentation decks, and white papers.
  • Plan, execute and measure impact of thought leadership and brand communication activities
  • Plan, execute and measure impact of employee engagement and communications activities, comprising videos, intranet content, and leadership memos
  • Assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the local communications department

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field. Recent graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing will be considered.
  • Written and oral communication skills in English and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and positive about working in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and an independent worker.
  • Previous internship or work experience in Communications, Journalism or Digital Marketing is preferable.
