Responsibilities:
- Lead the program management of large, cross-functional Google Cloud Professional Services projects, including program planning, delivery assurance, progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and action items for the account(s), ensuring timely progress towards program goals. Build and adapt mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Ensure the quality of delivery from both Client and Partner teams, providing oversight and resources as necessary.
- Translate complex project requirements into clear goals and objectives, breaking down large projects or processes into manageable sub-projects or tasks to be executed by other teams or partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation projects for global organizations.
- Proven experience in program management, client services, or management consulting.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time as required by project demands.
- Experience working with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and clients, including collaboration with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to support decision-making and prioritization.
- In-depth knowledge of the Cloud marketplace, with a strong understanding of the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions within the Cloud/IT space.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve ambiguity.
