  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services industry, seeks a Lead in Cybersecurity Operations (SOC) to join their team. You will play a vital role in safeguarding the organization's assets against cyber threats. The ideal candidate would have progressed from SOC Analyst roles to leadership positions within small teams. You will be challenged to demonstrate your experience in the requirements below.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked to

  • manage day-to-day cybersecurity operation
  • create a Continuous Improvement mindset in the operation
  • operate 24/7 monitoring, incident handling, and threat intelligence analysis
  • enforce proactive risk management and compliance with corporate and industry authority security rulebooks
  • work closely with CISO
  • lead team from the front

Requirements

  • worked your way through a SOC into a lead position
  • have operated various Security tools
  • have cybersecurity incident response leadership experience in, e.g. DOS attacks, data breaches, malware outbreaks, and unauthorized access attempts
  • min 6 years working experience in Cybersecurity
  • min 3 years leading a team
  • certification in CISSP, CISM, GSOM, or an IT Security related certification is advantageous
  • a degree in technology or a related field
