Project Manager | Top Law firm | SGP

A prestigious international law firm is looking for a Project Manager to be based in Singapore or Hong Kong. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Partner and Managing Associate to oversee the entire matter lifecycle, from pricing and inception to post-closing activities, ensuring timely delivery in line with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing scope, resourcing, and budget proposals, tracking progress, and managing variances.
• Ensuring matters are adequately resourced, considering workload and team availability.
• Managing communication channels and resources.
• Establishing and maintaining information barriers and insider lists.
• Acting as the interface with clients, other practice areas, external counsel, and third-party providers.
• Developing timetables, tracking milestones, and providing status updates.
• Identifying and mitigating risks and coordinating responsive actions.
• Assisting with billing and client updates.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a law firm or a professional services firm
• Experience supporting banking practice or good understanding of global financial markets and law firm financial and performance metrics will be ideal
• Proficiency in analyzing financial reports of varying complexity is essential
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential, with Mandarin skills being highly preferred.
• Strong team management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Project management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP would be desirable
