Performance Marketing Specialist

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up paid ad campaigns to generate leads for different client accounts across S.E.A. (SG, MY, VN, TH, ID, PH).
  • Constantly monitor performance of campaigns and optimise where needed to achieve leads volume and CPL targets.
  • Create creative assets and ad copies to test and learn and optimise accordingly.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to UX/UI of landing pages to increase conversion.
  • Ensure pixels are set up and campaigns are tracking accurately.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track performance, reviewing these regularly with team members and recommending potential optimisation.
  • Facilitate best practice sharing and develop SOPs to drive efficiencies across markets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies/consultancies.
  • Experience with affluent segments such as private education, property and/or beauty.
  • Proven track record in generating leads from Meta and Tiktok
  • Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
