Vice President of Project Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the overall strategy for the Project Logistics division, with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Market Expansion: Lead initiatives to identify and enter new markets, develop long-term growth strategies, and secure high-value contracts.
• Client and Partner Relationships: Oversee key client relationships, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with operations, finance, and marketing to ensure the delivery of top-tier services.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales teams, ensuring alignment with business targets and continuous improvement.
• Industry Representation: Serve as the face of the company at major industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand reputation and visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience: 12+ years of senior leadership experience in logistics, with a proven track record of driving growth in project logistics.
• Strategic Acumen: Expertise in creating and executing long-term strategies that result in significant revenue growth and market expansion.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the project logistics landscape, particularly in oil & gas, including key players, challenges, and trends.
• Leadership Skills: Strong experience managing large teams, setting performance goals, and driving high-impact initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Global Perspective: Experience managing projects in diverse geographic regions and an understanding of global logistics regulations and challenges.

This would better suit a VP role, reflecting higher-level strategic, leadership, and market-shaping responsibilities.
