Overview

  • Be the subject matter expert to provide end to end consulting and solutioning advice to corporate clients as it relates to usage of card products and integration to corporates’ ERP systems
  • Responsible for determining and assessing corporate client’s readiness to perform tech integration with bank’s card solutions
  • Partners with the sales teams to ensure clear & required solution definition for the corporate client with a proposed implementation plan and to provide tech solutioning advice to the corporate client
  • Acts as the tech knowledge expert on card products (virtual card program setup), file data feeds and integration to ERP systems with cards schemes (eg. Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Identifies corporate clients needs and arranges for training and communication of specific technical aspects

Responsibilities

  • Represent issuer and be the product administration and tech support to setup ICCP (virtual card program), Smart Data, Data Feeds/Integration for Corporate client
  • Manage end-to-end setup, configuration and troubleshooting for Corporate client with regards to API and batch upload integrations with ICCP
  • Provide Corporate clients a presale process overview and tech support requirements when they subscribe to an ICCP, Data integration or file delivery requirements
  • Provide end-to-end support for Corporate client and sales teams as it relates to file feed requests, and integration with clients’ ERP system integrations.
  • Provide ongoing go-to-market, tech and solutioning support on behalf of issuer for ICCP, Smart Data and File Feeds.
  • Assess the readiness of Corporate clients for ICCP API/batch integrations
  • Provide tech solutioning support to issuers’ internal teams (sales, account management) when Corporate clients encounter tech issues and escalations.
  • Provides input on how to enhance infrastructure and tools to support customer’s tech implementation
  • Ensures resolution of day-to-day technical/operational issues as related to ICCP, Smart Data, File feeds/integration.

Experiences

  • Min. 5 years of technical and solutioning experience for Commercial solutions ie. Virtual cards, data file feeds/pull, integration with ERP systems
  • Demonstrates success in project management, focused on specific technical aspects of commercial solutions, solutioning and implementing technical solutions
