Notary Singapore is currently seeking a qualified Secretary to join their team.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an office environment, with a focus on client interactions, service inquiries, and documentation handling preferred.
Qualifications: A-Levels, Nitec, Diploma, or higher. Alternatively, more than 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and prepare necessary documents.
- Provide prompt assistance to clients, addressing service-related inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for individuals seeking services.
- Maintain and update client and work registers, process payments, issue receipts, and manage courier arrangements.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
